§ 7-4035. Designation of stands.

The city council may designate stands for public motor passenger vehicles. Consideration shall be given to the effect upon traffic, parking and convenience to the public when establishing such stands. All taxi stands shall be subject to use by any licensed public passenger motor vehicle.
