§ 7-11083. Enforcement.

The city manager shall designate the appropriate agency within city government to enforce the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Violations of this chapter shall carry a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence. Tour operators or guides may contest their citations in municipal court.
