§ 7-11028. Vehicle movement and stopping.

Touring vehicles must continue moving at all times and may not stop except as required by traffic regulations and at designated embarkation/debarkation points (as specified below) and parking areas. Vehicles may not operate in reverse except where necessary to maneuver at intersections, embarkation/debarkation points, and parking areas.
