§ 7-11026. Vehicle classifications.

Touring vehicles shall be classified as one of the following for the purposes of this chapter:
(a)

Large vehicle: Any vehicle used for touring with an exterior length greater than twenty-five and one-half (25½) feet.

(b)

Mid-sized vehicle: Any vehicle used for touring with an exterior length of twenty-five and one-half (25½) feet or less. As used in this chapter, this term includes standard passenger automobiles, or electric vehicles as well.
