§ 7-11012. Definitions.

Tour: A visitation for hire by any means for purposes of sightseeing, which originates or is conducted within the Beaufort city limits. A tour shall include, but not be limited to, such visitation for hire on foot, conveyance by motorized or human-powered vehicle, or by animal-drawn carriage for such purpose. Transportation whose primary purpose is point-to-point conveyance or which offers no commentary or narration and which does not involve stops for any purpose of viewing is not considered a tour under these regulations.
