§ 5-2041. Housing trust fund adopted.

Latest version.

Pursuant to the provisions of S.C. Code Ann. § 31-22-10 et seq., the City of Beaufort hereby joins the Lowcountry Housing Trust, and adopts the Lowcountry Housing Trust as its designated housing trust fund.
