A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Building Codes Office
of the City of Beaufort, being marked and designated as the International Building
Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., and any revisions thereof
when received by the City of Beaufort, be and is hereby adopted as the Building Code
of the City of Beaufort, South Carolina, for the control of building and structures
as provided herein; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions
and terms of said building code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof,
as if fully set out in this article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and
changes, if any, prescribed in section 5-1003 of this article.
